No news
so far, a whopping 75 people have looked at my house online, but not one has called to schedule a showing. I'm hoping they are all waiting for the open house next weekend. In a way, it's kind of good, because we aren't really ready for showings, yet. We, at a minimum, need to finish painting the upstairs bedrooms and the downstairs bathroom. We are tired of working on the house at this point, and keep saying we should've done these things a looong time ago, because they look so good!

Oh there were so many things we did "to sell the house" that I wish we had done sooner because they looked awesome! I hope you guys have some lookers come out soon! Had I known about HGTV shows before hang I totally would have applied to be on Designed to Sell because they do so many neat things for so not as much as you'd think it should cost.
I don't even want to think about it. We need to repaint some rooms and...just, agh! I don't want to put that much work into something we're leaving.
I hope people schedule some showings soon! What will you do with the doggies during showings?

I searched for it! It's completely adorable! And I feel your pain, having to get the dogs out of the house. That was by far one of my least favorite things about selling the house.
